Nashville Bible School
J. S. Ward received degrees from Kentucky University (1889) and the Medical School of the University of Tennessee (1892). A practicing physician and professor of chemistry at the University of Nashville, Ward joined the faculty of Nashville Bible School in 1893, teaching courses in the natural sciences. This scrapbook contains newspaper clippings and other publications about the Nashville Bible School as well as memorabilia from his years with the school, 1893-1914.
